Today and the last few weeks have been extremely hard.
In light of all the Kaos surrounding the finacial realm we
little ones should be able to rejoice shortly as the dark over
lords implode on their own self inflicted greed.
This is the one hope that I hold in my heart.
That the illusion of "digits" = "credit" also known
as "money" evaporates in to the thin air it was created from.
" NEW WORLD ORDER " and this term has just been mentioned
on two different NBC shows tonight "Heroes" and "My own worst Enemy"
I heard this term when I was 18 and I began to read about the real truth behind
the boring lies I was forced to learn in school.
If enough people were to know what I know and the others I have learned
from we actually do have a chance to regain the Light power back from the dark
ones who have stripped away Truth and Light from Earth.
But the truth about what is REALLY going on does carry a heavy price.
This information can make you stay awake and not be able to sleep.
It can cause serious depression at first because it is so alarming at how far
they have gone to establish this slave system and how close they are if people
DO NOT WAKE UP !!!
I sit here each day and night wondering if "They" will succeed or
the little people will decide to make use of the recently built prisons and
herd the greedy lawless thugs = bankers = lawyers(there are a few honest ones tho)
cops (hmm debateable) and most all "Poli"(means many in Greek) "tics" (the blood sucking type)ions hell a few squished bugs on the windsheild never felt so good.

A Bill that is Not Passed Cannot be Amended
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I propose to demonstrate that in accordance with Constitutional Law the Senate of the United States of America did tonight perpetrate an unlawful and illegal act to abrogate the right of citizens of the United States to vote as guaranteed in Article 15 Clause I of the Constitution. The Congress has revealed itself, our Constitution cannot be interpreted, as it took over ten years to pass and is written in the plain language which can be amended but not abridged. Currently, the United States Senators who voted yes to an amendment of House Resolution 1424 defeated in the house, never sent to the Senate, and overwhelmingly not approved by the constituency is an act of authority made "Under Color of Law", a crime against the country “Under Color of Representative Authority†not condoned in title 42 and publishable as a treasonous offense and any such law is null and of no effect.
In accordance with Article I Section no money shall be drawn from the Treasury but in Consequence of Appropriations made by law under Article I Section 9 of the Constitution. Unless they have the appropriation in hand an identified they cannot draw from the Treasury.
Additionally, each member of the Senate voting yes on this alleged Bill did in fact, with full knowledge execute an illegal act under "Color of Law" to pass as piece of revenue legislation by amendment with full knowledge that the Bill had been defeated in the House of Representatives just two days earlier. They have complete legal understanding that only a Bill that has been properly submitted by first receiving a majority of votes in the House of Representatives could be amended and passed by the Senate. This unbelievable act of the Senate even attempts to circumvent Article I Section 7 of the Constitution, the "Origination Clause."
Further, the yeah votes "Under Color of Representation" denied and deprived the American citizen of constitutional rights under the 14th Amendment Section 1 and the 19th Amendment Clause I which collectively protect all right reserved to the citizens and rights not to be denied or abridged which are guaranteed under Article 9 of the Constitution. These in the Congress of the United States are bound by oath under Article 6 to support the Constitution and any act not supported in the constitution is a felony lawfully considered void and of no effect.
However, we can see the silver lining in this egregious act of lawlessness. These criminals in the Senate who signed to pass this bill have a responsibility to understand the procedural requirements necessary to pass such an amendment. House Resolution 1424 is an Amendment. Clearly it is labeled as an amendment. Constitutional procedure dictates that you can Amend a Bill that has been passed. You cannot Amend a Bill which failed to pass and was therefore not properly submitted. These people have declared themselves as traitors before God and the Citizens of this country. They have attempted to sell out this country to the public corporations by assuming their private debt without the consent of the Citizens of this country. Article 15 Section 1 of the Constitution states: "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude." The rights of the citizens of this country to vote on this issue has clearly been abridged by this egregious act of the Senate.
To further state my interpretation of this act of the Senate, I refer to Amendment 14 Section 4 of the Constitution: "The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void."
I ask each of you to send this information to your representatives so that they can understand that their constituents will not tolerate this unlawful act and will seek to unseat every single Senator who voted to pass this fraudulent bill.

A Bill that is Not Passed Cannot be Amended
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I propose to demonstrate that in accordance with Constitutional Law the Senate of the United States of America did tonight perpetrate an unlawful and illegal act to abrogate the right of citizens of the United States to vote as guaranteed in Article 15 Clause I of the Constitution. The Congress has revealed itself, our Constitution cannot be interpreted, as it took over ten years to pass and is written in the plain language which can be amended but not abridged. Currently, the United States Senators who voted yes to an amendment of House Resolution 1424 defeated in the house, never sent to the Senate, and overwhelmingly not approved by the constituency is an act of authority made "Under Color of Law", a crime against the country “Under Color of Representative Authority†not condoned in title 42 and publishable as a treasonous offense and any such law is null and of no effect.
In accordance with Article I Section no money shall be drawn from the Treasury but in Consequence of Appropriations made by law under Article I Section 9 of the Constitution. Unless they have the appropriation in hand an identified they cannot draw from the Treasury.
Additionally, each member of the Senate voting yes on this alleged Bill did in fact, with full knowledge execute an illegal act under "Color of Law" to pass as piece of revenue legislation by amendment with full knowledge that the Bill had been defeated in the House of Representatives just two days earlier. They have complete legal understanding that only a Bill that has been properly submitted by first receiving a majority of votes in the House of Representatives could be amended and passed by the Senate. This unbelievable act of the Senate even attempts to circumvent Article I Section 7 of the Constitution, the "Origination Clause."
Further, the yeah votes "Under Color of Representation" denied and deprived the American citizen of constitutional rights under the 14th Amendment Section 1 and the 19th Amendment Clause I which collectively protect all right reserved to the citizens and rights not to be denied or abridged which are guaranteed under Article 9 of the Constitution. These in the Congress of the United States are bound by oath under Article 6 to support the Constitution and any act not supported in the constitution is a felony lawfully considered void and of no effect.
However, we can see the silver lining in this egregious act of lawlessness. These criminals in the Senate who signed to pass this bill have a responsibility to understand the procedural requirements necessary to pass such an amendment. House Resolution 1424 is an Amendment. Clearly it is labeled as an amendment. Constitutional procedure dictates that you can Amend a Bill that has been passed. You cannot Amend a Bill which failed to pass and was therefore not properly submitted. These people have declared themselves as traitors before God and the Citizens of this country. They have attempted to sell out this country to the public corporations by assuming their private debt without the consent of the Citizens of this country. It keeps getting worse

I have been absent from here for a while.
I have tried to get positive about the realm we are
existing in at this time. So that being said where are we at?
More important what are we going to do about what is happening?
There has to be a immediate action against this undying greedy gang of thieves.
SERIOUSLY folks if we don't do something RIGHT NOW before any more greed
or the drama the greed causes like 9/11 happens the only ones we have to blame are
ourselves...

He is right on I am in 100 percent support of what he writes.
TRUTH is ultimately our weapon ...and this TRUTH of LIGHT
will NEVER be stopped. The dark lords try to keep out the LIGHT..
So soon the Stand has to be made...where are the ones who hold integrity
and the swords of fire ?

Realization Will the Meltdown happen?
Hi Bloggers
Thought I would try to sum up how I feel about
what I see going on all around me. The truth is
I can't understand why more people are not making
the connection in relation to why no matter how hard
they keep working and even if they are earning 13-15
an hour they still only seem to end up having just enough
to make the electric bill phone bill and fill the car up..
Everytime I got a job where I was making a bit more then before
it never got me any better off. I mean I was not over spending
or doing anything other then just paying the main bills. This was
back in 2004-2005. When I look at the stock market and I see it go up I wonder where are these dumb asses coming from why does ANYONE
TRUST Wall Street?
How will this all end when will the average woman or man understand that this current wicked creation has stolen from them and all their families all the work that went in to trying to hold on to a
certain thing called the "American Dream". I hate to say this but
its no dream it is a nightmare.
I told Mr.Rockefeller once on the phone "Your New World Order" will NEVER work.I think I am right all that has to happen is a million people a day open their eyes and find out about the lies in the banking agreements they have been tricked in to signing and START
standing up and say NO WAY NOT ANY MORE...
One day at a time and I know more will as the house of glass begins to shatter...

"Promissory Note" Issue and FORCLOSURE

I found this place from another blogger who wrote a marvelous
blog and made me decide I needed to branch out a bit.
Not like a bank though ( sMiLe).
I guess I should write this first blog about how I feel
about what I see going on all over Earth and how it
is so unbelievable yet true.
One word "FORECLOSURE"
So people are losing the place called home after working like a sled dog
for years and without being told the criminals have changed the terms.
OR they sold the agreement WITHOUT mentioning this to the soul
who was trusting and innocent. These are but only a minor part of a
MUCH bigger plot that has been going on for many sands of time.
I am no great scholar I got a GED and have since began a study of
the why is this and that going on and have been on a search for Truth
since I was born. I will try to stay on track however it is sometimes
a task because of the way things are going on there is many things
that are vital to all and effect everyone on some part of their existence.
I guess the most important to everyone who might end up reading
this is about the Spider or Octopus also known as
" The Federal Reserve System " . Now I will for the sake of not repeating
what others here may have already written keep this short and simple.
Right now so many people are losing the home they thought they were
buying. The trick of this event is that the homeowner already has paid off the
home and is still being kicked out by foreclosure. This happens the second you
sign a "Promissory Note" and then the bank tricks you into believing they gave
you a loan. What they hope is you will keep ignoring research and never uncover
the fraud that has been going on since the Act of Congress in 1913 when they
allowed a private group of millionaires to take over the financial reins of America.
You have allowed the bank to steal your home by trickery. They never "loaned"
you anything. What happened is they took your "Note" and treated it like a check
and deposited it and made a lot of money off your signature without informing you.
Did you know a bank can use that "Note" to create an additional 10% of the value of
that "Note".
Say the "Note" was for $29,000 and after they deposit the "Note" wa la now they
have an additional $290,000 to use yes what a sneaky way to increase their bottom
end. Hey you know what else some credit card banks are creating fake credit card accounts of customers they already have with one of their cards and this way they have even MORE
net worth to keep them from looking like they are in the Red. BANK OF AMERICA has
done this to me !!!
Right now this Foreclosure issue within the real people who it is affecting need to
start bringing up this "Promissory Note" issue and start forcing pressure against the fakers
who want to take your homes. I mean 450,000 people start asking questions about the
creating credit on the banks books by book keeping entry and then stealing your home and
GETTING THE PROPERTY FOR FREE WHAT A SCAM I can tell you it is the thing that will
collapse the fraud fakers forever and we all can get back what these greedy psyhcopaths have stolen from all of us.
I have stood up and told one of the fraudulent banks to forget it and pointed out
YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN LICENSED TO DO BUSINESS plus you have been
made a "credit" on your books and never lent me anything. I have certian investigations
going on against them and will NOT allow them to ever steal from me again NOPE.
The banking system MUST CRASH UNDER ITS WEIGHT OF THEFT AN DECEPTION
and THE SOONER THE BETTER FOR THE ENTIRE PLANET.
Each one must take time to make a stand and start to make the dark men of wall street banks and the others around the world lose sleep like they have done to so many innocent people.
